RADIA GOLF
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
RADIA is a golf aid. Distances, course data, unofficial handicap calculations and Ball Search results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Stay aware of your surroundings and follow course rules.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using RADIA Golf, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet minimum age requirements in your location.
2. Service and availability
RADIA supports golf scoring, distances, course information and round records, with additional features available according to your app version and access permissions. Public app launch is still ahead. The web Tournament Center currently provides authenticated viewing; public organizer mutations are not enabled. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
3. Safety and accuracy
- GPS, maps and course information are estimates and may be wrong, delayed or incomplete.
- Do not use the app while driving a cart or when it distracts you from people, terrain, weather or course instructions.
- Ball Search assists a visual search and cannot guarantee finding a ball. Confirm any suggested match yourself; automatic finding is not generally available.
- Any handicap shown by RADIA is unofficial, not a sanctioned World Handicap System or USGA Handicap Index.
4. Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Do not impersonate others, harass people, upload unlawful content, disrupt the service, evade access controls or automate abusive traffic. Your event role and the server's permissions determine which tournament records and actions you can access; signing in does not grant all permissions.
5. Content and shared events
You retain ownership of information you provide. You grant RADIA a limited license to host, process and display it as needed to operate the service and share it with authorized people according to your choices and event participation. Shared event scorecards and official results can remain after account deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
RADIA does not currently process wagers, prize pools or paid tournament registration through this website. Organizers and players remain responsible for event rules and compliance with applicable laws; do not use RADIA for unlawful gambling.
6. Third parties, payments and deletion
RADIA relies on third-party sign-in, hosting, analysis and course-data providers. Their availability and policies can affect features. Any future paid offering will present pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms before purchase; no payment is collected here.
You may stop using RADIA or follow the account deletion instructions in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for violations, security threats or legal requirements.
7. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, RADIA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To that extent, RADIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from reliance on app information. These terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as RADIA changes. The published version and date will remain available here. Questions: contactus@radia.golf.
